Title: Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and review regulatory requirements, particularly those related to the futures trading industry.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor and follow up on regulatory findings and compliance-related action items.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports, documentation, and regulatory submissions as required.
- Review internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable regulations.
- Work closely with Internal Audit, Legal, Operations, and other departments to strengthen regulatory compliance and governance.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and communication with relevant authorities when required.
- Keep updated on changes in regulations and communicate relevant requirements to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) is required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Risk, or a related function.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, governance, internal controls, and risk management.
- Familiarity with BAPPEBTI regulations and the futures trading industry will be a strong advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate across departments.
- English proficiency is preferred.
