Your Responsibilities:

Lead and support the due diligence process for client onboarding, including the review of documentation and risk classification.

Perform AML/KYC checks for new clients and conduct periodic reviews for existing clients.

Act as a key compliance contact for Client Relationship Managers, offering guidance on regulatory requirements.

Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity/Transaction Reports (SARs/STRs) to the Luxembourg FIU, and respond to regulatory and audit requests.

Investigate and escalate compliance-related concerns to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Take part in regulatory assessments, internal projects, and gap analyses, ensuring best practices are met.

Deliver internal training to increase awareness and understanding of compliance policies across the business.

Your Profile:

Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

Between 3 to 10 years of experience in banking, particularly within Compliance, Audit, or Legal.

In-depth understanding of AML-CFT/KYC, MiFID, and fraud prevention regulations.

Solid experience with account opening processes and corporate documentation.

Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Dutch would be a valuable asset.
