We are seeking a lawyer for our pre-litigation department. This lawyer will be responsible for communicating with clients, drafting demand letters, and negotiating claims before the filing of lawsuits. The job offers a 10% commission on any pre-litigation settlements. There is also the opportunity for advancement within the firm.
