The Opportunity
TSC is partnering with a leading integrated healthcare and wellness group to identify an experienced Compliance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical and structured professional to strengthen the organization's compliance framework, manage regulatory risk, and champion a culture of ethics and integrity
About the Role
leads the Compliance Manager, you will define, execute, and oversee the organization's compliance program across all business units. You will partner closely with leadership to identify and mitigate regulatory risks while fostering a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Enhance: Design, implement, and continuously improve corporate compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Assess & Mitigate Risk: Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, identify regulatory gaps, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor & Resolve: Monitor compliance across business operations, investigate potential violations, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
Advise & Align: Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure organization-wide compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Manage External Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, external auditors, vendors, and consultants.
Promote a Culture of Compliance: Deliver compliance awareness initiatives and training programs that reinforce ethical conduct across the organization.
Report & Recommend: Prepare executive-level compliance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory and ethical risks.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate compliance policies and programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret evolving regulatory requirements and recommend practical solutions.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent professional certification.
