Responsibilities :
Supporting Regulatory Compliance: Assisting the regulatory team (Compliance) in researching and analyzing regulations applicable to the insurance industry.
Policy Development: Supporting the development and updating of internal company policies to ensure compliance.
Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and archiving of documents required for regulatory compliance.
Internal Audit: Supporting the implementation of internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Training and Education: Assisting in the preparation of training and education materials for employees related to the latest regulations and policies.
Interaction with Regulatory Institutions: Supporting communication and coordination with supervisory institutions to ensure compliance.
Risk Analysis: Assisting in analyzing the impact of regulatory changes on company operations.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor Degree, major: Law, have a legal education background (semester 7 or semester 8)
Preferably male and accustomed to making presentations in public
Candidates are no longer actively attending lectures.
