We are a small employment law firm situated in Atlanta, GA, with a team of five attorneys. Our clientele mainly consists of large corporations and government bodies. We are guided by a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds in Big Law, in-house roles, government positions, and HR. We take pride in being a unique and outstanding firm!
Compensation: $115,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonuses
Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and responses on behalf of agencies
Prepare memos, letters, and updates on case status
Handle drafting and responses for discovery requests
Conduct depositions and defend clients during the process
Represent clients in various legal proceedings, mediation, and administrative hearings
Assist in conducting investigations related to workplace matters
Supervise and delegate tasks to paralegals, law clerks, and legal assistants
Support Firm’s business development, marketing efforts, and administrative tasks as needed
Record billable hours daily
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid license to practice law in Georgia.
A minimum of two years of civil litigation experience at a law firm is required, preferably with a focus on employment law and federal court cases.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality work for business clients, including in-house counsel.
Strong networking skills are essential for engaging with colleagues and community members to enhance the Firm’s and Team’s reputation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with team members at all levels are necessary.
The ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and produce quality work is crucial.
