Role Description

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst / NFA Specialist (Series 3) for a full-time remote position. The role involves ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies, performing audits, analyzing business operations, and identifying potential risks. The specialist will collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure compliance alignment and clarity across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Regulatory Compliance, with a strong understanding of relevant rules and standards, including NFA and CFTC regulations.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and identify potential compliance risks and recommend sound solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Finance concepts and operations to ensure compliance within financial activities and reporting.
  • Auditing experience to assess compliance adherence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Series 3 certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the NFA Introducing Broker (IB) registration process
  • Prepare, review, and submit NFA regulatory filings and documentation
  • Act as or support Associated Person (AP) / Principal (if qualified)
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Work with legal counsel on CFTC/NFA regulatory requirements
  • Manage ongoing compliance, reporting, and audits
  • Coordinate with FCM, exchange partners, and internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to AML/KYC and regulatory standards
