We are working with a professional services firm that has a need for Compliance Consultant for a 6-12 month project.
General **
· Policy *
* Draft, review, and update corporate policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

***** Conduct assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement across the organization, focusing on compliance monitoring.
· Risk
***** Assist in identifying real and potential risks, providing support for mitigation and remediation efforts.

***** Work closely with various divisions to provide compliance guidance and support across the organization.
· Regulatory
***** Assist the team with monitoring regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
· Corporate
***** Provide support in corporate governance matters.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
· Proven writing skills, with experience in drafting policies, procedures, and compliance-related documentation.
· Previous experience in corporate compliance and corporate governance matters.
