Ensure continuity of key compliance operations with a focus on monitoring, auditing, policy and training, vendor due diligence, and transparency-related data review
- Support for Data & Field Monitoring: Reviewing expense documentation for compliance with policies; monitoring CRM data to assess compliance with SOP requirements; performing other field‐based monitoring activities as required.
- Support for Data Auditing: Reviewing HCP contracts, expenditures, and engagement data for compliance with policies; reviewing supplier and vendor data for risk assessment; assisting with overall due diligence for supplier and vendor audits.
- Support for Development of Policies & Training Materials: Drafting Compliance policies, procedures, and guidance related to HCP and promotional activities, the Code of Conduct, supplier engagements, and Compliance operations; developing training materials for policies and SOPs; providing Compliance training as needed.
- Support for Due Diligence Processes for Vendors, Suppliers, and Charitable Recipients: Collecting and reviewing due‐diligence documentation for supplier onboarding; gathering and compiling due‐diligence documentation for grant and sponsorship recipients; auditing grant and product‐donation data; ensuring required due‐diligence documentation is accurate and complete.
- Support for Payment Transparency Data Review: Collecting and reviewing data to assist with payment‐transparency data aggregation and reconciliation.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree OR Paralegal Certification
- Consulting firm experience with life science or healthcare clients (3-5 years)
- Healthcare Compliance experience in life science or healthcare organizations (3-5 years)
- Paralegal experience in a law firm specializing in healthcare (3-5 years)
