Job Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents for attorney review including complaints, amended complaints, petitions, motions, summons packages

Preparing post verification packages for attorney review and signature

Support the Firms Attorneys with general Legal Assistant tasks

Perform Quality Control checks on all documents

Communicate with clients and provide status of accounts in multiple Client Systems.

Working daily workflow reporting

Working with for Attorney’s and assisting in any other duties as assigned

Cross train and assist in other departments to ensure continuity

Job Requirements:

Legal experience in the field of foreclosure is desired.

Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

Ability and willingness to assist other teams when needed

Ability to maintain accuracy, be detail-oriented and highly productive.

PC proficiency; Microsoft Office; Internet Explorer.

Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment.

Ability to solve problems independently.
