An excellent opportunity has arisen with a top US firm for a paralegal to join the competition/antitrust team.
THE FIRM
The firm is top tier and has offices all over the US and Europe. The London office is the hub of the European market and is mid-sized, meaning it has the best of both worlds – the friendly feel of a mid-sized firm, but handling the work of the biggest firms.
THE ROLE
You can look forward to working closely with the Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) and also assist on transactions and competition disputes.
Typical duties may include:
Legal research
Maintaining and updating precedents and know-how resources
Drafting summaries
Managing data/deal rooms
Preparing transaction bibles and bundles
Preparing filings for submission to competition authorities
Assisting with organising the departments training, learning and development programme
THE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent academics
Competition/Antitrust experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US firm
This is a fantastic opportunity for a future trainee who has their training contract secured for March 2026 or later who has an interest in competition/antitrust law as the skills you will learn will be invaluable for your training contract.
