What you'll work on:
✔ Conduct legal research and provide advice on antitrust, merger control, state aid, abuse of dominance, cartel, and EU & Belgian competition law matters.
✔ Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts with potential competition law implications.
✔ Support litigation, investigations, and regulatory filings before Belgian and EU authorities.
Your Profile:
🔹 E-list lawyer
🔹 0–4 years of experience in EU competition and/or Belgian law
🔹 First language: Dutch, with very good French
