Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary (KMP) to join a prestigious This company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring corporate governance compliance, regulatory filings, and board affairs management while playing a key advisory role in corporate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
Board & Committee Management: Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and maintain records.
SEBI & Stock Exchange Compliance: Handle stock exchange filings, disclosures, and regulatory reporting.
Legal & Secretarial Functions: Ensure compliance with company laws, contracts, and statutory filings.
Liaison & Stakeholder Management: Engage with regulators, investors, auditors, and senior leadership.
Risk Management & Policy Implementation: Advise on corporate policies, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
Annual Reports & Financial Compliance: Prepare statutory reports, coordinate audits, and manage corporate records.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 15-18 years of post-qualification experience in a listed entity.
In-depth knowledge of SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and other corporate laws .
Strong experience in board governance, regulatory filings, and stakeholder communication .
Excellent leadership, strategic advisory, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven corporate environment .
