Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Manage guest inquiries, providing information about facilities, events, and services in multiple languages as needed
- Assist with hospitality reservations, event bookings, and scheduling using specialized reservation systems
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records of visits and transactions
- Process payments securely using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including cleaning duties and manual handling of supplies
- Support conflict management by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with hospitality reservation systems and POS systems for payment processing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when setting up or cleaning spaces
- Excellent conflict management skills to resolve issues diplomatically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Experience in hospitality or resort environments is highly desirable
- Ability to lead or support team efforts in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of guest relations
