About the Role:

This is a senior, hands on position for a commercially minded communications professional who is comfortable owning both strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will be a key brand guardian for the business, driving media engagement, PR, partnerships, content and campaigns across adviser, investor and media audiences. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, investments, legal and compliance to ensure everything that goes out the door is consistent, compelling and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of communications and campaign assets including press releases, articles, emails, presentations and partner materials
  • Develop clear narratives that translate complex investment and market concepts for media, adviser and investor audiences
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across tone of voice, visual identity and messaging standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, industry associations, research providers and strategic partners
  • Lead strategic partnership marketing initiatives including co-marketing, sponsored content and events
  • Monitor media, partnership and campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness

What They Are Looking For:

  • 7 to 10+ years in communications, PR, brand, content or partnerships within financial services, highly preferential to have asset management experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt across audiences and channels
  • Proven brand custodian with sharp judgement around tone, messaging and quality control
  • Solid understanding of financial markets with genuine interest in funds management and investments
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate within compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Commerce or related discipline
