Legal 500 law firm is looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their highly regarded Property Damage team. You will manage complex, high-value property damage claims, policy coverage disputes, product liability, fraud cases, and subrogated recoveries, working with some of the UK’s largest insurers. This role offers the opportunity to lead on significant litigation, provide strategic advice, and conduct
advocacy
, mediations, and trials.
Provide strategic guidance on issues including fires, escapes of water, and construction failures. Draft detailed legal advice, handle high-level negotiations, and manage instructions to counsel.
