We are seeking to hire a Commercials Manager who has significant experience in the Overseas Education space with expertise in leading contract negotiations with Foreign Universities/Aggregators
Key responsibilities include:
Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions with universities, aggregators, and collaborate with Fragomen’s Office of General Counsel to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives while managing associated risks.
Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including university representatives, aggregators, International Client Relations and legal teams, to maintain alignment and resolve negotiations promptly.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks within contracts and work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance and safeguard business interests.
Business Advocacy: Advocate for the firm’s priorities during contract negotiations, balancing client needs with organizational objectives to drive timely closures.
