Assist clients in navigating zoning regulations, land use planning, and real estate development concerns.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in zoning, land use, and litigation.

Strong writing and organizational abilities.

Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Federal court experience is an advantage.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Skills:
