Job Overview
Our client is a regional law firm looking for a Commercial Real Estate transactional attorney with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate transactions, including preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, title review, and drafting leases. Experience with obtaining land development approvals is a plus.

Preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements

Obtaining land development approvals (preferred)
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Excellent drafting and analytical skills
Strong academic record
Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

Salary
