A growing real estate development firm in Greenville is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support acquisitions, development projects, and transactions across a diverse portfolio of retail, industrial, and entertainment properties. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, stable team with strong employee retention while gaining direct exposure to active development deals and working closely with legal leadership.
Schedule & Work Environment:
-Downtown Greenville (parking provided)
-40-hour work week
-9-hour workdays with half-day Fridays

Key Responsibilities:
-Draft sales and purchase contracts
-Draft estoppels, lease agreements, amendments, and side letter agreements
-Manage and organize Seller’s Deliveries documentation
-Prepare and distribute contract-related documentation packages
-Coordinate and track due diligence for development projects
-Review title, survey, and environmental reports
-Obtain and organize title exception documents and request title objection letters
-Support acquisitions, sales, and closing processes
-Work closely with the Director of Legal on transaction preparation
-Maintain organized project files across multiple active developments
Requirements:
-3-5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
-Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Paralegal degree preferred
