Overview
Trustpoint.One is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals in their search for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their Charleston, SC office. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative legal team in a busy and sophisticated real estate practice.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys with commercial real estate closings
Review and analyze title commitments and surveys
Revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements, and other real estate documents
Assist in preparing, organizing, and reviewing closing documents
Maintain and manage physical and electronic case files
Communicate effectively with internal team members, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth transaction flow
Qualifications
A four-year degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal capacity
Paralegal certification strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be professional, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
