Required Qualifications
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate law, with substantial focus on commercial leasing and corporate real estate matters.
Demonstrated experience managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
Skills:
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Salary Type: Annual Salary
Base Salary Range: $180,000 to $275,000 plus bonus. Senior Associates above 8 years and Counsel will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
