Job Title: Immigration Attorney (2-5 Years of Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in immigration law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex immigration processes. You will work on a variety of cases, including family petitions, removal defense, and naturalization, while ensuring the highest level of client service and legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law, including:
Family-based petitions
Adjustment of status and consular processing
Removal and deportation defense, including representation in immigration court
Applications for asylum, DACA, TPS, U visas, and waivers
Naturalization and citizenship applications
Prepare, file, and monitor complex immigration cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
Conduct client consultations to evaluate eligibility and develop effective immigration strategies.
Represent clients in hearings, interviews, and appeals before USCIS, EOIR, and other relevant agencies.
Stay current on changes to immigration laws and policies and provide guidance to clients and the firm.
Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, briefs, and affidavits.
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain clear communication throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state.
2-5 years of experience practicing immigration law.
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience representing clients in USCIS interviews, EOIR hearings and ICE ERO.
Ability to handle a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
Proficiency in case management software and legal technology.
Bilingual (Spanish).
