Thompson Hine LLP is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial & Public Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of general commercial finance transactional experience. The successful candidate will be involved in complex transactional finance matters, on both borrower-side and lender-side deals. Outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent drafting, client relations and negotiation skills are required.
Thompson Hine has nine locations (Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, DC), and we are seeking a candidate to work within a reasonable travel distance from one of our offices. The estimated annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $175,000 – $215,000, and the estimated salary range for a candidate in New York is $210,000 – $275,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
