caseload of high-quality work, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties Landlord and tenant matters Development projects Property finance transactions Lease negotiations and renewals The firm’s client base spans across various sectors, offering you exposure to a broad range of industries and the chance to build lasting client relationships. What we are looking for The ideal candidate will have:
At least 4 years of PQE in Commercial Property law A proactive and commercial approach to legal matters Strong
client relationship
and business development skills A commitment to providing practical, high-quality advice The ability to work independently while contributing to a
collaborative team
