About the Role
You’ll report to the Partner and Head of Commercial Property, leading on high-value commercial property matters within a supportive and progressive legal environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing complex commercial property transactions including acquisitions and lease arrangements
Preparing auction contracts and handling funding arrangements to tight deadlines
Providing clear risk assessment and ensuring regulatory compliance
Collaborating with corporate, real estate and finance teams for integrated client service
Mentoring junior colleagues while building valuable client relationships
What We’re Looking For
Ideally 4-8 years PQE in commercial property law
Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities with excellent client communication skills
A practical, problem-solving approach to complex legal challenges
Ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining quality and composure
Commercial awareness with a focus on practical solutions
