Location: Sheffield (with hybrid working)
Salary: £80,000–£140,000 basic + OTE £180K+

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ PQE in commercial property law
A strong track record in acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, and development work
A commercial, client-first approach
Leadership skills and/or ambitions to grow and mentor a team

Offer:
Salary: £80,000–£140,000 (DOE)
OTE exceeding £180,000
