Responsibilities:
Responsible for negotiating, vetting, reviewing and drafting of commercial and out-licensing contracts Distribution Agreement, Product Registration Agreement, Supply Agreement, License Agreement, Master Service Agreement, Cell Line license agreement, MoU, Term Sheet, Consultancy Agreement, Quality Agreement, etc.
Proactively be involved in negotiation and closing the open items.
Advising the business team/stakeholders on various issues in deal making.
Responsible for driving various legal projects on need basis.
Ensure appropriate and relevant legal training to colleague/stakeholders and capable to work as a team.
Skill set:
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage relationship with stakeholders.
Ability handle volume
Good business understanding.
Prior industry experience would be preferred.
Good negotiation and articulation skills and interpersonal skills
