Legal Secretary needed for insurance defense firm. A successful applicant must have prior litigation experience, strong computer skills, the ability to prepare litigation documents and e-file documents in state and federal courts. Superior oral, written and editing/proofreading skills with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills are necessary. The candidate must also must have the ability to take initiative, pay strong attention to detail and use discretion. Experience with calendar management a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. This is an on-site position at our Jericho office.
