Commercial Litigation – Associate – Up to £75,000 salary A leading Legal 500 team in the North of England, this highly respected commercial litigation practice handles a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, both domestic and international. The team is ranked in all major legal directories and acts for major corporates, financial institutions, and public bodies across sectors including real estate, retail, energy, and infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to be involved in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract litigation, contentious insolvency, professional negligence, and regulatory issues. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile matters, often with a cross-border element. Full training and support will be provided, along with clear progression opportunities.
