Associate Lawyer
Blaney McMurtry LLP has an immediate opening for a lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our busy Commercial and General Litigation Group.
The successful candidate will primarily work on debt restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters, along with other commercial litigation cases as needed. A demonstrated interest in bankruptcy and insolvency law is essential. Experience in this area is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates must possess strong analytical, research, and drafting skills. They should be team players willing to contribute to larger matters, maintain a client-service focus, and manage their own files effectively.
