As a key member of this elite team, you’ll take on
challenging
and varied litigation matters, working alongside experienced senior lawyers and partners on

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare court documents, including pleadings and motions. Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation, handling court appearances and mediations. Provide strategic legal advice and develop
innovative
litigation strategies. Manage case files independently from start to resolution. Collaborate with senior lawyers on high-stakes, complex cases. Stay updated on laws and regulations relevant to civil/commercial litigation.
Qualifications:
Called to the Ontario Bar between 2020 and 2022. Strong academic credentials and excellent legal training. Proven experience in civil/commercial litigation. Skilled in legal research, analysis, and drafting. Strong
advocacy
, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent
