What you’ll do:
Oversee diverse litigation legal cases
Advise a range of corporate and individual clients
Collaborate with industry-leading experts
Handle a portfolio of challenging cases, including commercial disputes, reputation management, estate-related issues, appellate litigation, civil litigation, large scale commercial disputes, tax dispute, franchise litigation, intellectual property, and class action lawsuits
What you bring:
J.D. from a recognized law school and member in good standing of a law society in Ontario
A minimum of 4-7 years post-call experience gained at a leading law firm
Strong knowledge of litigation and commercial disputes
Superior writing, drafting, and communication skills in English
Ability to commute to the Toronto office
