Commercial Litigation Attorney with Significant Federal Court Experience (Part-Time and Remote)
Latitude is looking for a commercial litigation attorney with significant federal court experience who is interested in doing part-time contract work at an AmLaw 100 law firm based in California. The successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience handling commercial/business litigation matters.
Experience with
antitrust cases is preferred. The candidate should enjoy working as part of a
dynamic
team. This is a remote opportunity. The successful candidate must be California licensed.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Significant experience handling federal court matters
• Experience working on antitrust matters is preferred
• Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed in California
• Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 to $210,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD, AD&D, and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
