Engage in negotiation settlements and alternative dispute resolutions to effectively resolve disputes.
Perform extensive legal research and remain current with changes in the law.
Collaborate with other team members to develop legal strategies.
Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
Requirements:
1-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple matters.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
An active member of the Texas Bar Association.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
