Job Duties:
The Law Clerk will work closely with Immigration Attorneys to provide support, including:
Drafting immigration forms for USCIS and Immigration Courts ( I-129, I-485, I-918, I-130, I-864, I-130-A, I-765, I-918, I-131, I-821, I-129F, I-140 etc.).
Handling Employment-based Green Cards, Student Visas, Extension and Transfer of Status, and business immigration cases such as O-1, P-1, H-1B, EB-2 NIW, LCA, PERM.
Preparing labor certification applications, non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 12 months in immigration-related legal work.
Proficiency in Farsi
