Our client is looking for an Attorney to join their firm located near Bloomfield Hills, MI. They are a boutique firm that specializes in a variety of commercial litigation cases. Our client has made it a point to lead their firm in a way that champions respect and harmonious partnerships. Although they are a smaller firm, they go up against the biggest players in town so you will have exposure to a variety of cases with opportunities to go to trial.

Commercial Litigation Attorney – Responsibilities
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other necessary legal documents
• Prepare discovery and oversee discovery answers with clients
• Conduct legal research and trial preparation
• Participate in court appearances and depositions
• Provide guidance, direction, and communication to support staff
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
Commercial Litigation Attorney – Qualifications
• Michigan Bar License with eligibility to practice law in good standing is required
• Commercial litigation experience required
• Strong background writing motions for summary required
