A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience. The position is open to candidates in any of the firm’s offices, including remote arrangements. Applicants must hold an active bar license in their preferred jurisdiction or commit to obtaining one promptly.
The role focuses on complex commercial litigation. Candidates should be comfortable managing all phases of litigation, including legal research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and direct client interaction. A background in employment-related litigation is preferred.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active and in good standing in the state bar in their preferred jurisdiction
3–5 years of relevant litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
