Key Responsibilities:
Litigate cases through all phases, including trial.
Conduct discovery, draft motions, and engage in legal research.
Argue motions and assist in trial preparation.
Contribute to appellate practice when needed.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of commercial litigation experience(law firm experience preferred).
Juris Doctor (JD)from an accredited ABA law school.
Active Oregon State Bar membershipin good standing.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $120K-$150K(commensurate with experience).
