The Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening in our client’s Dallas office for a Commercial Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience. Candidates should have an active Texas bar license.
Responsibilities:
Familiarity with all phases of complex commercial litigation including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating with clients.
Experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong desire to excel and a commitment to the community.
Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
Exceptional judgment and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
