About the Role
Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements that align with business objectives and legal standards across multiple regions.
Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance matters and to implement global policies with legal consistency.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy, consumer protection, and employment laws in key international markets.
Risk Management: Identify legal risks and provide strategic advice to minimise exposure and ensure compliance.
Employment: Counsel on employment law issues across contracts, terminations, employee disputes, and labour law compliance.
Intellectual Property: Provide legal guidance on IP matters such as trademarks, patents, and the safeguarding of propriety information.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to align legal advice with the company’s business goals.

5+ years of post-qualification experience in a general commercial role
A proactive problem-solver mentality with a strong drive to take on a leadership role
