Job Description:
Provide general legal support with respect to the deployment, construction, operation and maintenance of renewables projects
Draft and negotiate contracts including: EPC / O&M / MSA, Procurement etc
Provide legal consultation to various departments in the company such as, construction, project management, asset, operation and management, procurement, business development, IT etc
Provide legal advice and support financing processes
Contribute to a variety of legal and corporate projects as required
Job Requirements
:Degree in law (LLB) and Israeli Bar license – a must
At least 5-7 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer in a leading law firm or high-end legal department
Fluent English and Hebrew – a must
Proven experience in legal work in English, including drafting of documents – a must
Experience in energy and infrastructure law – an advantage
Experience in EPC and O&M agreements – an advantage
Advisory skills, commercial thinking, and business orientation
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Strong organizational and project management skills
High interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
