Our Client Is a well-known and reputable boutique law firm in Toronto. Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on a wide array of leasing matters to sophisticated clients across the real restate sector.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to commercial leasing transactions.
Develop strategic approaches to support clients’ business objectives. Qualifications At least two (2) years of post-call commercial leasing experience.
Called to the Ontario Bar and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Strong background in preparing and negotiating commercial leasing agreements.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
