For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent who would be interested in working in the consumer goods industry for a 3-month contract, with possibility for extension and/or internalization.
Consumer Goods | French Commercial Lawyer | Zug | Temp. to perm. | 60% | CHF 120’000+
Responsibilities:
Advise on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of functions
Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents
Proactively develop effective legal strategies to mitigate risks
Render cross-departmental support on legal projects
Manage litigation cases with external partners
Experience:
Corporate experience (+5 years) in commercial law (e.g. general contract law, consumer law, employment law)
Expertise with various commercial agreements (procurement, business lease and sales)
Completed Law Degree, ideally in France (alternatively EU or Swiss Degree)
Fluency in French and English – German is a plus
Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
