We are seeking experienced Contract Attorneys to join a modern, technology-driven legal platform supporting fast-growing companies with high-quality legal expertise on a project basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for commercial contracts attorneys seeking flexible, project-based legal work while maintaining control over their schedule and workload.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements
- Advise clients on contract terms, negotiations, and risk exposure
- Deliver high-quality legal work with quick turnaround times
- Handle technology-focused agreements including:
- SaaS agreements
- MSAs
- Vendor and supplier contracts
- NDAs and DPAs
- Commercial terms & conditions
- Security and data privacy addenda
Preferred Experience
- Commercial contract negotiations
- Technology and SaaS agreements
- GDPR/data privacy matters
- Corporate legal work
- AI and technology-related agreements
- Independent client advisory work
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing in applicable jurisdiction
- 5+ years of commercial contracts experience
- Background at a large law firm or as in-house counsel
- Strong contract drafting and redlining skills
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance required
