Our customer, a leading global technology organisation is seeking 2–3 Junior Commercial Lawyers to join its legal team on an initial 3-month contract. Based in Dublin, these roles will support the business on a range of general commercial legal matters, working closely with senior lawyers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support on a broad range of commercial matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate standard commercial agreements (often template-based)
- Support internal stakeholders with contract queries and general legal guidance
- Assist with contract management processes and documentation
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers on ongoing projects and transactions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws
Key Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 1–4 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in general commercial contracts and advisory work
- Strong drafting and contract review skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Available to start at short notice
