A well-established Brisbane firm is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team.
We’re open to someone more junior — as long as you’re capable, commercial, and ready to take ownership of your work.
The Role
You’ll assist with and gradually run:
- Business sales and purchases
- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- General SME advisory work
- Transaction support and file management
Candidates this could be suited to:
Junior to Mid-Level Lawyer (2–5 PAE)
You’ve had exposure to commercial work.
You can draft competently.
You want more responsibility and client contact.
You’re ready to step up.
