Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercial lawyer with 12 months experience to join one of Australia’s premier entertainment law firms. You’ll work with clients across the entertainment, technology and creative industries, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts for entertainment, technology and creative clients
Advise on sale of business
Advise on corporate restructuring and other general commercial matters.
Qualifications
Law degree with admission to practice in Australia
Minimum 1 years’ experience in commercial law
Strong academic performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
