What you’ll be doing:
✔ Structuring and negotiating commercial and technology-driven contracts (IT, SaaS, outsourcing, digital platforms)
✔ Advising on data protection, digital services, and regulatory aspects of technology-driven business models
✔ Supporting clients on IP, tech transactions, and commercial disputes in a digital context
✔ Working closely with innovative businesses and international clients on cross-border matters
Your profile:
Belgian law degree
2–6 years’ experience in Commercial Law & ICT
Fluent in Dutch and/or French
