Support EY business lines todraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreementsand related documents, including requests for proposals,confidentiality agreements, statements of work, access letters andother commercial arrangements and manage and/or develop alternativecontractual positions for negotiation.
Analyzeissues, problem solve and provide practical, business-orientedsolutions.
Provide administrative and technicalsupport on special projects, particularly related to commercialcontracting, templating and innovating to maximizeefficiencies.
You will be required to provideappropriate and effective solutions and to consistently providehigh-quality risk-appropriate advice toprofessionals.
Support EY GCO lawyers andbusiness lines to develop and execute on contractmanagement.  Key Skills  Glass Surfaces,Clinical Laboratory Experience
